It now has 82 employees, covering an area of 13,000 square meters and a workshop area of 10,000 square meters. Equipped with Germany imported spectrum analyzer, the United States standard mechanical performance testing machine, domestic famous brand impact testing machine, hardness meter and other a full set of physical and chemical equipment.

The casting process includes water glass precision casting, silicon sol precision casting, film coated sand shell casting. After more than ten years of training, the enterprise has formed the production experience of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat resistant steel and other steel types, with an annual output of 2000 tons of precision casting and 3000 tons of coated sand casting production capacity. It mainly serves the coal mine machinery industry, agricultural machinery industry, construction machinery industry, heat treatment equipment industry, chemical equipment industry, etc., with a broad market space.
